[Evolution] Date display problem

The received day of e-mail are shown number of week when those e-mail is
received within same week. But later on, it will display as dd/mm/yy.
How can I config the display of day but myself. My locale is ZH_TW.UTF-8
and the evolution version is 1.4 under Mandrake 10.0
