[Evolution] Re: Inbox problem

Thanks for the responses.

I did as suggested and selected all the mail in the Inbox and it made no
difference. Evolution still reports that some mail is unread (the number
in brackets).

Ron,

Yes, I know about that. This problem is not related. After importing, I
went through every unread mail in my Inbox and marked it "Read" and a
second time as suggested by JP, it did not clear the unread number.

What is Evolution looking for? This is probably some kind of bug. Is
there some kind of flag on the mail itself or in some other file that I
can go through and manually change/modify/reset the flag so that
evolution counts correctly.

Regards.

Stephen

Read in Evolution or in Netscape?

I am running Fedora 3. I imported from Netscape mail into my Inbox and
Sent folders from my RH9 installation.

Any ideas, suggestions, solutions?

Select All and Mark as Read.

*Every* MUA will mark newly imported mail as Unread.

Any ideas, suggestions, solutions?
