[Evolution] Seeing two inboxes on IMAP server

Unfortunately I have an imap account on an Exchange 5.5 server, with
Evolution version 2.2.2 I started seeing two copies of the imap inbox.
This did not occur until after I added two ldap contact directories from
our Open Exchange server. Bugzilla is down due to gnome.org relocating.
