arjan: the messages are only marked for junk. what happens when you
delete the messages in the junk folder and hit "actions | expunge"? at
least then, the messages should disappear... :-)

ron: yes, and actually, one can sit at work using a mail client, and
post a question about the mail client at home, for example. ever thought
of that?
