Hi Jeffrey Thanks for the informative answer at least... I'm some what supprised though that Evolution hasn't this feature whilse nearly all other have (that was not though in anyway ment negativly...). So reading between the lines then I guess its !"safe" to say that neither Calender sharing nor shared mail folders will be coming < Q3? this year ... for once I really hope I'm wrong though...
well, I can't speak for calendar but for mail it's unlikely to be included in evolution until 2.4 at the earliest (I can't say if it will or won't be in 2.4 since I don't know what the plans beyond 2.2 are, but I presume it will be something we will want for 2.4) Jeff
Thanks again Regards /Ade Jeffrey Stedfast wrote:Evolution doesn't currently support shared folders for mail. the new IMAP code I've been working on for 2.2 will be much easier to add support for this to (for 2.4?) when we get around to it, but it will take more than just adding code to the imap plugin in order to support multiple namespaces - the camel-store classes will have to be extended as well (which is probably the biggest reason it hasn't been done).
