[Evolution] Multiple contact list migration to 2.0

I recently migrated my 1.4 evo to 2.0 on my Debian system.

All went well except that I had two contact folders in the 1.4 setup,
but only one of them was imported into 2.0.

My missing addressbook.db is still in the my old
home/clee/evolution/local

Should I re-install evo-1.4 so I can export the contacts as a vcf file
and then import into  2.0?

Is there an easier way I am missing?

BTW - great job with this app everyone!!!
