[Evolution] Upgrade from 1.4.x to 2.0

I am new to linux and tried to find a "HowTo" to upgrade from Evo1.4 to
Evo2.0.
I have questions like:
What needs to be backuped?
Do I need to remove Evo1.4 first?
How to restore the information backuped?
Can someone point me in the right direction?
