wtf are domain keys?

Upon skimming the document, I'm not 100% sure if it's to be implemented
by the MUA or the MTA, or potentially both.

(does that answer your question? :)

Is there a version of evolution that does yahoo's "domain keys" (which

If not, is the addition of such a feature being planned or under
consideration?

THis is implemented at the MTA level ONLY (akin to SPF), as it has to do
with the "sender" domains. Check
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dk-filter or http://sendmail.net for
more details and a beta package for test implementations.
