you can force evolution to explicitly import all data by starting it
with "evolution --force-migrate".
Nope.
This switch is removed from the stable releases, as it was meant for
testing, debugging and dog-fooding only.
See my posts to this list for a manual "force migrate" solution. But be
sure to read the warnings carefully. Otherwise, you might lose data.
