No.

red-carpet doesn't seem to like Mdk 10.0:

More specifically, red-carpet doesn't work with the librpm version that
Mdk 10.0 uses.

the packaging system: this version of RPM is not yet
supported

There's the big hint.  This happens from time to time, though more often
with Red Hat.

Running FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE and Mandrake Linux 8.1
