whats showing up in the camel log?

I don't have a camel log. yelp says nothing about a log, the web-site
FAQ is a little out of date, to say the least. How would I go about
setting up a log?

Postfix has a pretty detailed log. It sends mail detailing every error
to postmaster, it gets boring. For every message a user sends with Evo,
Evo first connects to the server and does "?????", then disconnects,
then does a proper EHLO and continues as per rfc2821. postmaster gets an
error mail. Sometimes Evo doesn't disconnect immediately, but enters
more stupid things, then disconnects.

O.k., I got rid of the stupid error mails to postmaster from postfix
(RTFM ;) but I'm still curious.
