[Evolution] gtkhtml3.0/red carpet followup

I now have gtk downloaded.

Took about six tries.  I seems like something is wrong with the
dependency set up.  I had to sort the order out myself and download one
at a time.  

Not complaining -- the price is still right.

But I don't think I was the only one with that problem.
