[Evolution] How to move the 'evolution' dir to a new home dir

Hi,

my home dir had to move (new server) and
I moved my evolution dir also (with tar)
but now nothings really works anymore
(evolution stores alot pathes absolute
and not relative)

Is this a joke :( Cann I really not
move my evolution dir to a new home dir?
