[Evolution] Really Frustrated with Calendar/Pilot



http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=57595 shows as RESOLVED.  But
it ain't working for me.  I've cleaned up the settings files, and
reinitialized the conduits... all to no avail.  Please help me.
