[Evolution] cant mark new mails as important

Hi,

im running Evolution since a few days and everything is fine. But! I
just wanted to write an important mail and i cant find the option to
mark the mail as important like i can do it in Outlook or TheBat! so the
recipient can see that this mail is important.

Anyone have a hint?
