If you wanna have this, but don't dare to mess with this files, I probably can send you a patch. Unfortunately I'm in a hurry right now.
Changed plans. Here we go.
Attached is a patch against evolution-mail-message.xml to create
shortcuts for Message View Header and Message View Normal. They aren't
the best, but it was hard to find anything at all... ;)
At least this probably can be a starter for your own hacking...
