[Evolution] [1.5.4] how to add spell languages?

Puh, was a bit of library dependency hell to go through but now it
works :)

Question: In Settings - compose - spelling I have three entries, three
different english dicts.

How can I add more dictionaries there?

I do have the aspell-de package installed but it is not recognized?
