[Evolution] Exchange 2003 Connection

I'm setting up Evolution with the Exchange connector, but after filling
the fields, Evolution complains that the password is incorrect, but i'm
sure it's the right one.
 
I have found some documentation for version 1.4, but i'm using version
2.0.3.

When hitting the check supported types, nothing happens, what coud be
wrong ?
