I once happed upon a "work-in-progress" of the 2.x manual. Unfortunately
I did not save the URL.
Does anyone know of, or can point me towards, a copy?
There are lots of questions that are being asked that could be answered
by a FAQ (I look forward to reading Guenther's FAQ) or manual.
