[Evolution] Bug (w/patch): crash in connector calendar update

I found another bug in Connector:

This one was causing the evolution-exchange-storage application to
crash whenever I tried to view my calendar.  It worked for a couple of
months, then all of a sudden it stopped working and every time I tried
to view my calendar it would die.

I suspect something in the data being returned from Exchange2003 was
giving Connector fits, but I'm not sure.

At any rate there's a patch attached to my bug report which fixes the
crash: it was caused by variables that weren't initialized due to
another error case; I don't know why the underlying error happened, but
initializing the variables keeps it from crashing and as far as I can
tell my calendar looks OK.
