What command can I add to the end of the 'launchmail' command in my
evolution icon (launcher) so that evolution retrieves my mail whenever I
first open it using that icon?
I don't get what 'launchamil' is, but anyway...
If I got you right, you want Evolution to automatically check for new
mail on startup?
Isn't this what "Automatically check for new mail" is supposed to do?
Tools / Settings / Mail Accounts / <account> Edit / Receiving Options
[x] Automatically check for new mail
If you want it on startup only and not periodically (dial-up line) you
can set this value to a maximum of 1440 minutes -- which is 24 hours.
