[Evolution] Forward action in mail filters

[brett stevens <brett math carleton ca>]

I have found that as of 25 Jul 2001 the filter action "forward" in
Evolution was not coded.  I am running version 1.4.6 from Mandrake 10.0
and the help pages list this action as existing, but it is not there. 
Should it be there?
