[Evolution] Snapshots unavailable?

I just tried Red Carpet and get the following error:
Download Failed:
File not found
(http://red-carpet.ximian.com/evolution-devel-snapshot/suse-91-

0.snap.ximian.9.1.i586.rpm)
Is this a timing problem (i.e. Red Carpet indexes updated before the
files are in place)?
