This must be an option under evolution, though.
User should be able to pick CUPS or LPRng.
Well the printing is handled by an abstraction - evolution itself knows nothing of cups, or lpr, or whatever, it simply prints to gnome-print, which handles those details.
So if it is to be an option,it would be a gnome-wide, gnome-print one.
