Re: [Evolution] Import SSL CA certificate?

here's an idea:

close down evolution and mozilla, then copy mozilla's .cert8.db
secmod.db and key3.db files over into ~/evolution.

tada, it'll probably work then.

Hello,

I've been using Evolution for a year now, with great success.

I just upgraded my laptop to Mandrake 9.2, and suddenly it's rejecting
my IMAP-SSL certificate, saying it's bad. This is a Mandrake version of
1.4.4.

Every time I start, Evolution times out while connecting to the server,
shows a connection error, and THEN shows the certificate warning,
allowing me to accept it. Then things work fine--until the next time I
start.

The certificate on my server is signed by my own CA, and previously I
got the error only once on each client--afterwards, the certificate is
apparently cached and I don't see the warning again.

How do I get Evolution to accept my CA certificate, and stop giving me
these warnings? I saw the earlier thread, but didn't see any
resolution... Mozilla works fine, as does Thunderbird--no warnings after
accepting the certificate.

Thanks,
