Sorry i was wrong. I just tried Guenther's 1st solution (command: gnome-moz-remote --newwin "%s") and now it works fine. 2nd solution doesn't work tho (script mozilla-remote.sh).
That script isn't really another solution, but an useful additional script. If you do want to use Mozilla with tabs you can use that script instead of directly calling the browser. As it does not work for you: Is that script in your path? Is the executable bit set? Try 'which mozilla-remote.sh'. For debugging you can run it from a terminal: $ mozilla-remote.sh gnomedesktop.org Also, the link you mentioned has an old version which unnecessarily calls another program. The attached script calls Mozilla directly. Have fun. ...guenther -- char *t="\10pse\0r\0dtu\0 ghno\x4e\xc8\x79\xf4\xab\x51\x8a\x10\xf4\xf4\xc4"; main(){ char h,m=h=*t++,*x=t+2*h,c,i,l=*x,s=0; for (i=0;i<l;i++){ i%8? c<<=1: (c=*++x); c&128 && (s+=h); if (!(h>>=1)||!t[s+h]){ putchar(t[s]);h=m;s=0; }}}
