[Evolution] spamassassin & contacts

Hi - I installed spamassassin and am using it in daemonized in
evolution.
It works well - but there are some mis-identifications, such as when
people I know send me a forwarded message of a forwarded message of a
forwarded message.

Yes, I know what they are doing is bad netiquette, but still - they are
people I know and feel like I at least need to scan those messages out
of respect.

Is there a way to tell evolution to only apply a filter if the sender is
not in my contacts?
