[Evolution] Q: Pro and Con Mailboxformats

hi all,

has there been a writeup that describes the advantages & disadvantages
of the various supported mailbox formats ?

I know for backups maildir & mailh would be better, but anything else ?

I would like to see the attachments stored seperatly.
