[Evolution] Non-html-email recipients

I am subscribed to several mailing lists that preferably do not want to
receive html email. I hate having to remember to uncheck the "html"
format option because I usually forget. Is there a way I can keep a list
of addresses that do not wish to receive html email, so that when I
compose a message to that address it sends it in plain text?
