[Evolution] Evolution problem

Hi all folks,

Ximian Evolution 1.0.8

Occasionally when start "Evolution" popup following warning;

Cannot initialize the Ximian Evolution shell: Configuration Database not
found
<<<<

compelling me to reboot PC (relogin could not solve this problem)

This happens after exiting "Evolution" and restart it later.

Kindly advise how to solve this problem avoiding reboot
