[Evolution] Still can't get Galeon to be default browser

Problem:
When a receive an email with an HTML link, I click on it and Mozilla starts up.

Desired configuration
I would like Galeon to be used instead.

Environment
Evolution 1.2.4
Mandrake 9.1
GNOME desktop

Troubleshooting steps taken so far

• Under (start), Configuration, Gnome, Advanced, Preferred Applications, Web Browser tab, set "Galeon" for "Select a Web Browser" radio button
• In the same window, set the "custom web browser" option to *gnome-moz-remote --newwin "%s"* (no asterisks, but the quotes are there)
• the command "gconftool -g /desktop/gnome/url-handlers/unknown/command" reports "galeon %s" (when the first bullet point above is in effect) or  gnome-moz-remote --newwin "%s" when the second bullet is in effect.
