[Evolution] Printing landscape and add birthday ?

Hi, 

i'am using evolution 1.2.1 from ximian for woody.

1. How can i add the birthday of a person to the card view ?
2. I create a custom view, but there is no birthday field to add ?
3. How can i print landscape ?
