It's early for me; after sending this I realized this is probably
a function of the ms server we use rather than outlook itself,
but if someone could verify this for me I would appreciate it.

Subject: [Evolution] faxing via evolution?
My company released this email notification about fax
functionality in Outlook:
Address Formatting
The address format necessary to send a fax begins with the Left
Bracket character and the character string RFAX:. It then
contains the name of the fax recipient, the fax number to which
the fax is directed (always 10 digits comprised of area code and
number without 1?s, 8?s, 9?s, or commas), the voice number of the
person receiving the fax, and the name of the recipient?s
company. The last character needs to be a Right Bracket
character. The exact string is listed below.
[RFAX:NAME@/FN=FaxNumber/VN=VoiceNumber/CO=CompanyName]
For example, the TO: line of a fax transmission via e-mail to
Jane Doe at ABC Company, fax number 321-555-4321, and voice
number 321-555-1111 must be
[RFAX:Jane Doe@/FN=321-555-4321/VN=321-555-1111/CO=ABC, Inc}
Does evolution allow this same functionality?
Thanks,
Joe
