[Evolution] Selective Quoting

Hi All,

After googling, I found an old email from someone to the Evolution list
regarding selective quoting, but it was from back in Jan so I'm just
wondering whether this functionality is being developed or if it's still
impossible to do. Unfortunately I'm hooked on this feature from a
previous e-mail client. :)

What I mean by selective quoting is the ability to highlight text in an
email, click reply and only quote what was highlighted.
