[Evolution] libpas.a

is it possibile to retrieve libpas.a as a standalone package (i.e. not
included in ximian-evolution-devel package)?
The reason is that I am trying to install Multisync evolution_sync
plugin and I installed on my RH9 evolution and evolutio-devel from
RawHide and their evolution-devel does not provide libpas.a
Can you help me?
