well, unfortunately there is no newer version than 1.0.5 in debian for
powerpc. not even in sid.

Architecture: powerpc
Version: 1.0.5-1

and the script on go.ximian tells:

book:/etc/apt# wget -q -O - http://go.ximian.com |sh

that's the reason i tried to install 1.3, the only ppc version i found
on http://www.apt-get.org.


i think installing evo from sources is not such a good idea. :)
