[Evolution] Character Encoding

I search in history of this list, but i didnt found.
In evolution 1.4.0 the character encondig work automatic for anyone msg.
In evolution 1.4.3/4 the character enconding dont work automatic, i have
to change manually in menu.
Have i change in somewhere this to work automatic???
