[Evolution] bounce message...

Hi All, 

* Is there a "bounce message" feature in evolution? 

* How do i search the mailing list archives? 

I tried to use bugzilla at http://bugzilla.ximian.com/query.cgi
to find out if the bounce messaage feature was in there, but couldn't
find one (this could however be due to a lack of knowhow on how to use
that "complex" form properly).
