[Evolution] Saving in-line attachments

I got an HTML-only message from a friend that included a bunch of image
attachments shown in the message body. Is there some way to save the
images individually?

I wanted to forward the message but the images appear to have been lost
when the composer window appeared. I suspect that's because I never send
HTML and some setting is causing HTML components to get dropped when the
text part is forwarded.
