i recently looked up the red-carpet mailinglist archive for exactly this
request but it seems that mailinglist is not active anymore for a long
time.

inquiries at the mailinglist-admins [1] about the state of that list
remain unanswered. so it seems that no one is responsible anymore for
enduser requests about red-carpet :((
