Depends on what you need.  If you just need free/busy information to use
when scheduling meetings, that works (well mostly, there is a bug open
on Evolution retrieving the info from a web server - and Evo doesn't
directly publish free/busy info, you have to do a trick or two).

If you want to actually view each other's calendar, then no.
