Just run ./configure in the evolution source and it will let you know
what you need.  Build and install any package it complains about and run
configure again.  A multi-step process, but it works.  You will
definitely need gtkhtml, bonobo, bonobo-conf and gal, including the
respective devel packages.  If I remember correctly you need to start
with bonobo, but I'm not positive.
