[Evolution] Evo 1.2 and Cyrus IMAP issue

Greetings,
I just upgraded to 1.2 and noticed a problem with some of my IMAP folders
on a Cyrus 2.0.x server. I use several "shared" folders with my
workgroup-- that is, folders that are outside the usual "INBOX" hierarchy
but which I have read/write access on. In Cyrus, these are boxes with the
structure "user.<username>". For example, several of us read mail sent to
our main sysadmin account. We all have access to the folder
"user.sysadmin" on the Cyrus server. In Evo's tree, the 'user' folder
shows up at the same level as my main INBOX, and has a subfolder
'sysadmin'.

In Evo 1.0.8, I used these by checking the box "override server-supplied
namespace", enabling me to see folders not under INBOX.

Since installing 1.2, I can no longer see these folders. Evo is trying to
access them as though they were under INBOX. The "override namespace"
option no longer has any effect.

I did the debug thing to see what Evo was asking for:

sending : A00302 STATUS user/sysadmin (UNSEEN)
received: A00302 NO Mailbox does not exist

Cyrus IMAP uses '.' to delimit folder paths. Under INBOX, Evo is finding
my folders just fine. I wonder why it is looking for my shared 'user'
folders with a relative path and a '/' delimiter.

I realize this is rather complex, and I don't even understand all the
interaction going on here, but can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks,
Eric
