[Evolution] Deleting all messages

Hi

When I try to delete all messages by pressing ctrl-a, ctrl-d and ctrl-e
it always seems to leave one message in the folder.

Not exactly a serious problem, but I thought I would mention it.

I am using Evolution 1.0.5 (which seems to have fixed most, if not all,
of the crashing problems I was having with 1.0.3 - well done).
