[Evolution] Deleting an Scheduled Meeting sends no update to Attendees

Whenever I make an update to a scheduled meeting, it does offer me the
option to send an update to the attendees.  However, when I delete the
meeting, it does not offer me to update the attendees so there is no way
to let them know it's been canceled/deleted unless I call or send and a
separate email.
