Excuse my ignorance, but could you please tell me how to do that on
Evolution 1.0.8? While on the Summary screen, the Tools menu doesn't
allow to do so.

Why isn't possible to configure e-mail accounts from within the Summary
screen? When looking at the Summary screen, the Tools menu doesn't allow
the user to set up/modify existing mail accounts. Instead, you must go
to the Inbox folder and then select Tools->Mail Settings.
