It appears that the evo guys don't think this is important, judging from
past responses to this question. Of course they're wrong, but that's
another discussion.
Look at gtnef module in gnome-cvs. It currently only really handles
file attachments because I haven't had the time to decode the mapi
attributes for things like contacts. If anyone has tnef attachments
with contact info that they can share, send them to me and if I find the
time I'll try to make them do something useful. No promises that I can
find the time though.
There's some utils out on the net that help with this, such as Fentun.
Nothing graceful, though, and nothing I've been able to get to work with
evo, even as an attachment launcher. I have to save and run the scripts
separately.
gtnef works just fine inline in evolution.
