Hi,

I'm posting this again, since I haven't heard anything...

It doesn't detect. I can save the file to disk and it's definitely a
jpg. Nautilus and gmc both recognize the file as jpg. This has been
happening so much that I've added xv to the list of applications to use
for "unknown type" in the "File Types and Programs" in GCC so evo will
have it on it's list of available applications for "unknown type
attachment". 

What do you suggest? Is there some other config in evo I need to look
at?

I don't think I noticed this until about version 1.0 of Evo, prior to
that I'd been using latest snapshots.
