[Evolution] HTMl mail, base not used for link...

The following email (I am pasting source, I hope this works), fails.
The images will load, but evo does not seem to use the "base" for the
link.
Is this correct behavior?
Also it would be nice if evo gave a popup of the link source if you
hover on it (I guess if there is no alt, maybe when you right click,
seeing the link would be nice for security reasons).
