[Evolution] running several evolutions?

Hi.

for testing purpose i would like to run several evoluitions at the same
time.

i could do that with several users having their own home directories,
and giving everyone access to my X server, so i can still see and run
all evolution copies at the same time.

but maybe there is a way to do this with only one user?

would be terrible usefull for debugging and stuff like that.
